If you're aged 65 to 80, you could qualify for Vitality Drive 65+ and get up to 50% of your premium back every year, depending on your Vitality Drive status. You'll also get access to all the other Vitality Drive rewards, such as up to 50% fuel and Gautrain cash back, Vitality Active Rewards and other Vitality Drive status-based rewards.

To qualify, you'll need to proactively manage your health by doing the Vitality Health Check for 65+, drive well and drive less than 10 000 km in a year.

To qualify for the Vitality Drive 65+ benefit, you must:

• Be 65 to 80 years old
• Complete the Vitality Health Check for 65+ within the 12 months before your annual premium payback calculation
• Have Vitality Drive activated on your plan for at least 6 months
• Drive less than 10 000 km in a year.

The Vitality Health Check for 65+ can be done whether or not you're a Vitality or Discovery Health Medical Scheme member:

• If you're a Vitality or Discovery Health Medical Scheme member, you won't have to pay a fee for the Vitality Health Check for 65+ check.
• If you're not a Vitality or Discovery Health Medical Scheme member, you'll need to pay R280.

You'll receive your premium payback of up to 50% on your plan anniversary, at the same time that your renewal premium is debited.

If you proactively manage your health by doing the Vitality Health Check for 65+, drive well and drive less than 10 000 km in year, you can get up to 50% premium payback every year, based on your Vitality Drive status:

Diamond: 50%

Gold: 35%

Silver: 20%

Bronze: 15%

Blue: 10%
