Vitality Health Check is made up of 5 measures, including blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, a weight assessment and signing a non-smokers declaration. An optional HIV Test is included in your Vitality Health Check booking.
Vitality Fitness Assessment
The The Vitality Fitness Assessment tests your cardiovascular fitness as well as your strength and flexibility, to give you an accurate and personalised understanding of your fitness.
Vitality Kids Health Check
The Kids Vitality Health Check includes a Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement, blood pressure measurement, as well as a health behaviour and developmental questionnaire.
