Vitality and JEFF invite you to the JEFF Games on Saturday, 1 May 2021. Get ready to work hard, have the best time, and move more for charity.
Getting active is hard work, but it can also be loads of fun when you work out with the right people!
Here's how you can exercise for charity this May:
- Sign up for the JEFF Games on 1 May 2021 at 08:00.
- Commit any number of calories to charity.
- Don't be shy - dedicate a few more.
- Get moving!
- Donate to the Gift of the Givers Foundation or challenge your friends and family to donate with you.
Vitality members can earn 300 Vitality points for taking part (T&Cs apply). Make sure you don't miss it! You can donate a rand for each calorie or any other amount. Vitality members can donate their Discovery Miles earned from Vitality Active Rewards to Gift of the Givers disaster-relief efforts, through Vitality MoveToGive donation campaigns.
The current relief efforts are focused on the wildfires in Cape Town. Even though the fires have been extinguished, a lot of help is still needed to deal with the aftermath of the disaster.
Non-Vitality members can turn the calories they have shred into a donation to Gift of the Givers through the JEFF donation page.
