Double Ðiscovery Miles discounts: Boost Black Friday bargains

After our usual treat of up to 30% off at Ðiscovery Miles retail partners on Miles Ð-Day on the 15th of November, we offered clients another opportunity to save big with double Ðiscovery Miles discounts on Black Friday, 29 November 2024.

This meant clients could boost their Black Friday with up to 30% off at over 40 Ðiscovery Miles retail partners, on top of our partners' own Black Friday deals. From travel goodies and outdoor gear at Cape Union Mart and Takealot to exciting prezzies from NetFlorist, Toy Kingdom and Toys R Us, there was something for everyone to make the most of their Ðiscovery Miles.

The return of #HackBlackFriday

Our popular #HackBlackFriday competition returned, giving South Africans the chance to win a Black Friday offer worth up to R5,000 every day from Monday, 25 November, to Thursday, 28 November 2024.

On Black Friday itself, we selected five lucky clients every hour from 08:00 to 17:00, awarding each winner their qualifying Black Friday spend back in Ðiscovery Miles, up to Ð50,000!

How clients entered:

Simply by shopping with their Discovery Bank card or Ðiscovery Miles on Black Friday, they were automatically entered into the draw.
