Join Team Vitality's Summer of Movement, fuelled by Checkers!

Calling all Vitality members! You're invited to experience an unforgettable Summer of Movement with Team Vitality, fuelled by Checkers.

No one is getting left behind this December

Because from 16 to 31 December 2024, you can join our daily walks or runs from the Discovery Store in Sea Point and Umhlanga, with the exception of the 25th.

Our Team Vitality Champions will lead you in a daily FREE walk or run at your own pace. You can choose between a 5 km and 10 km distance, and we'll have champs at the front to challenge you and at the rear to make sure no one gets left behind.
