How do I activate the Ster-Kinekor benefit?
You can activate your Vitality Ster-Kinekor movie benefit on the Discovery app.

To activate your Vitality Ster-Kinekor movie benefit:

• Download the latest version of the Discovery app and log in with your username and password
• Click on "Vitality" on the main menu
• Click on 'See all" under the 'Your benefits and partners' section
• Scroll down to the Ster-Kinekor movie benefit and click on "Activate"

You can access your digital Vitality Ster-Kinekor card in the Digital card(s) section on the main menu.

iOS users can view their digital cards on the Apple Wallet app.

How do I get a new card number if I suspect fraudulent activity on my card?
If you suspect fraud on your Ster-Kinekor benefit you can chat to a person to get help with this now. Simply type chat to a person and choose "Vitality".

Alternatively, you can call us on 0860 99 88 77 on Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.

How do my children qualify for free movies?
After activating the Vitality Ster-Kinekor movie benefit for you and your family, Vitality kids between 2 and 18 years old can watch movies for free, before 7pm once a Kids Vitality Health Review has been completed online.

Once the Kids Vitality Health Review reflects on your Vitality Points Tracker, you can start booking movies for your kids for free.

How to access the FREE Vitality Ster-Kinekor Digital card?

• Download the latest Discovery app onto your iPhone or Android smartphone and then log in to the app.
• In the main navigation menu at the bottom of the app screen select 'More' and then select 'Digital cards'
• Select the Ster-Kinekor card.

iPhone users: you can view your digital card in the Discovery app or select Add to Digital Wallet to move it to your Apple Wallet.

Android users: you can view your digital card in the Discovery app.

Use your Vitality Ster-Kinekor digital card number to make a booking. All card numbers will be added to the main member's digital card.

Why can I no longer get a plastic card?
Ster-Kinekor no longer issues physical movie cards. To access your free digital Vitality Ster-Kinekor card:

• Download the latest Discovery app onto your iPhone or Android smartphone and then log in to the app.
• In the main menu at the bottom of the app screen select 'More'
• Select 'Digital cards'
• Select the Ster-Kinekor card
