How to get started
Log in to the Discovery app and tap on your Vitality Health profile.
Pick padel
Scroll down to Your benefits and partners and select Discovery Vitality Padel.
Get Playtomic
Tap the link to download the Playtomic app and register an account.
Complete activation
Confirm your email address and make sure it matches the one you used to register on Playtomic. After registration, your discount can take up to 48 hours to reflect.
Book. Pay. Play!
Make a booking at any of our padel partners in the Playtomic app and get an automatic upfront 20% discount.
Ask to scan the iPad QR code using your smartphone

You can visit the Playtomic website to access the list of padel facilities. To ensure you receive your discount, make sure the court you are booking is part of our padel network. Spot a Discovery Vitality padel partner by looking for the Vitality Indicator.
- Log in to your Vitality profile in the Discovery app.
- Scroll down to 'Your benefits and partners' and select 'Discovery Vitality Padel'.
- Tap the link to download the Playtomic app and register an account.
- Confirm your email address and make sure it matches the one you used to register on Playtomic.
- Make a booking at any of our padel partners in the Playtomic app and get an automatic upfront 20% discount.
You can earn 100 Vitality points when you play padel for 30 minutes or longer. Find out more.
- You can also track your padel session with a Vitality-linked fitness device and earn between 100 and 300 Vitality points a day based on your age-related heart rate. The highest points earned for the day will be awarded. View our points guide for more information.
Your email address stored with Discovery Vitality is your unique identifier for accessing the Discovery Vitality Padel benefit. Changing your email address on the Playtomic app will affect your benefit discount. To ensure your discount remains intact, you can update your email address with us online by clicking here. Yes, you will need to register on the free Playtomic app before you can activate the Discovery Vitality Padel benefit. Playtomic manages the bookings made for all padel facilities within the Discovery Vitality Padel network.
Yes, once the benefit is activated you will receive a confirmation email for each branch within our padel network, confirming access to each of the branches.
The Discovery Vitality Padel benefit is independent of any padel club discounts and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
Playtomic is used for multiple facilities that do not offer discounted rates. However, you can see your Discovery Vitality Padel benefit discount on the Discovery app under 'Your benefits and partners'.
