Begin with golden nachos topped with seared tuna, sweetcorn, beans, avocado, tomato salsa, and sour cream, setting the tone for a flavorful night. For the starter, enjoy Korean beef paired with a crunchy cabbage salad featuring summer melon, pistachio nuts, baby spinach, and toasted noodles. The main course showcases Brazilian Tempero Baiano chicken served with kara mashed potato, zucchini ribbons, and eggplant caponata, offering a delightful mix of textures and tastes. End the evening on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate cake accompanied by banana ice-cream and seasonal berries, catering to all dietary preferences.
