How to let your workouts work for you

Get Vitality Active Rewards

Download the Discovery app, login and activate Vitality Active Rewards. Go to Devices and apps in the Discovery app or website to link your fitness device and start earning points.

Achieve your weekly exercise goal

Use your fitness device to track your workouts and achieve your weekly exercise goal. You can earn Vitality points for step, heartrate and speed workouts tracked with your device.

Keep it up to fully fund your subscription

Achieve 2 weekly exercise goals in a month to get a 50% off your monthly subscription fee. And... if you achieve 3 exercise goals in a month, you'll get 100% off!

Keep it up for 24 months and your device is all yours, fully funded!

Okay, but how do you actually achieve a goal?

Say your weekly exercise goal is 300. This means you need to earn 300 Vitality points in that week to achieve your goal. Here are a few ways you can achieve it:

  • Track 10,000 steps on your device to earn 100 points a day. Do it three times that week to earn 300 points.
  • Sign up for a parkrun with Vitality and earn 300 points in one go!
  • Track a vigorous workout like running for 30 minutes with your device to earn 300 points. Vigorous means at 80% of your max heartrate, which your device can help you achieve.
