How to access Discovery Invest communications
Clients
Clients can view their communications and documents in the Secure Inbox and Secure document vault. It is as easy as logging in to the web or the Discovery app. We now also include links in our email notifications to clients to make this easier.
- To access communications through links: Clients can follow the link included in their email notifications. The link will take them to a secure login page. Once logged in, they can view their communications.
- To access the Secure Inbox: Once logged in, clients can click or tap on the Secure Inbox envelope icon on the top right-hand side. The Secure Inbox will open and list all communications from Discovery. They can use the filter to select specific products.
- To access the Secure document vault: Once logged in, clients must select INVESTMENTS at the top of the screen, then Secure document vault. The latest letters reflect at the top of the list. The client can also search for the document or view the latest document.
Financial advisers
Financial advisers can access their communications through Adviser 360.
- For Secure Inbox: Once logged in, the adviser can tap on the notification bell icon on the top right-hand side and select Secure Inbox. The Secure Inbox will open and list all communications from Discovery. The adviser can use the filter to select specific products.
- For Secure document vault: Once logged in, the adviser can tap on the hamburger menu icon on the top left-hand side, select Your clients, and then Investments. On the side menu bar, they must select DOCUMENTS AND REPORTS and then Secure document vault. The adviser can search for the document by entering the document name, the client's name, or the investment number.
Please note historic communication and quarterly investment statements are currently only available in the Secure document vault.
