Easy ways to claim with Discovery Insure

Self-approve your claim

You can easily log and auto-approve your own claims for car glass - and geysers - online or on the Discovery app. As long as your premiums are paid up to date, we'll automatically authorise your claim and let you know if you need to pay an excess. We'll also send the authorisation to the relevant service provider.

Track your claim

You can keep track of your claim online through. You can see the progress of your claim, access contact details for the service provider and, with a motor claim, view photographs of your car as it goes through repairs. You can follow claims for your car, household contents, buildings, and portable possessions.
