This year, expect more convenience with Discovery Insure, with various innovative ways to experience seamless self-service. From at-a-glance information on our app to interacting with us via WhatsApp, you don't need to wait for office hours to take care of your insurance needs. Here are some of the highlights:

DISCOVERY APP: VIEW YOUR DASHBOARD FOR EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE

The Discovery app makes accessing and maintaining all your Discovery Insure Plan information hassle-free and instant. Once logged into the app, you get a personalised, bird's eye view of everything, from what you are covered for to your Vitality Drive status. The app also lets you manage your plan and benefits, as well as send and track claims.

Here, you can link a DQ-Track device, check your Vitality Drive status, points breakdown, and fuel cashback, as well as manage your linked Vitality Drive and Gautrain cards (or switch your rewards options from fuel cashback to having it paid into your Insure Funder Account). With all your insights at a glance, it's also easy to track your Vitality Drive points progress so you can be a better driver - and get more points!

ASK DISCOVERY AND DISCOVERY VIRTUAL AGENT: ENGAGE WITH US ANYTIME, ANYWHERE

We offer more ways to interact with us when it suits you. With Ask Discovery, a service that uses WhatsApp, or the Discovery Virtual Agent, an AI-powered chatbot, you can ask a question about your plan, request documents, or receive cross-border letters.

To use the Discovery Virtual Agent, visit discovery.co.za. Look for the pink circle with the speech bubble icon in the bottom right-hand corner. When you hover over it, the word "chat" will appear. Once you click on it, the chat box will pop up.

To use the Ask Discovery service, register here. You can opt out any time, and Discovery won't send you marketing messages on WhatsApp; you'll get the information you need, when you need it. .

DIGITAL CLAIMS: SUBMIT AND TRACK CLAIMS MORE EASILY THAN EVER

We want to give you the best claim experience possible, you can submit and track your claim's progress online at discovery.co.za or via the Discovery app.

To submit your claim via the app, simply log into the app, tap on the Car and Home insurance tab, and tap the Claims tab.
