How it works:
You will receive personalised growth targets for the quarter, based on your historic production levels. Your production growth targets will fall within the following production bands.

| 75 000 to 149 999 | 33.3% | 66.7% |
| 150 000 to 299 999 | 25.0% | 50% |
| 300 000 to 449 999 | 20% | 40% |
| 450 000 to 899 999 | 15% | 30% |
| 900 000 | 10% | 20% |
By achieving your tier 1 target, you will get a 15% boost to your Life Recognition production for the quarter. By achieving your tier 2 target, you will get a 30% boost to your Life Recognition production for the quarter.
Things to note:
- It's important to remember all minimum recognition production levels must be met across all product lines for the quarter to qualify for the Boost.
- This challenge will run from 26 March 2018 – 25 June 2018.
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 targets have been sent to you.
