• Vitality points: Ride for rewards - cycle for 30+ minutes and earn 100 Vitality points for your bicycle ride. Your details will be sent to Vitality and your Vitality points will be awarded automatically. You can also track your cycling with a Vitality-linked fitness device and earn between 100 and 300 Vitality points a day based on your age-related heart rate. The highest points earned for the day will be awarded.
