Live Assist is convenient, available 24/7, and totally secure. Here's how it works.

When you're on a call with a Discovery Banker, you can agree to start a Live Assist session. It enables you to share your Discovery Bank app screen so we can show you how to access and use the banking features on the app through co-browsing.

You're in full control at all times as a Discovery Banker can only direct and help with app functions and features. Our Discovery Bankers can only see your banking app screens. They can't see your card numbers, PINs, passwords, or any other apps or information on your device.

It's important to remember that we won't call you to start a Live Assist session as it can only happen when you're on a call with us and need assistance with your banking app.
