Embark on a culinary journey through the Middle East, where you'll learn to create an exquisite array of dishes like Muhammara, a roasted red pepper dip bursting with smokey sweetness originating from Syria. Then head to Israel for Bourekas, flaky pastry parcels. From Jordan we bring you Maqluba, a masterpiece of stewed beef, roasted eggplant and tomatoes. Next, Iranian kebabs in a Persian cucumber sauce. To couscous we add roasted vegetables, chickpeas, and almonds that will transport you to the bustling markets of Marrakech. Lebanese pancakes wrap up the evening. Qatayef Ashta are filled with mascarpone cheese and crowned with pistachio nuts. Ticket prices are person and drinks are included.
