Salomi is always willing to learn and challenge herself. After feeling unchallenged in her role as a scanning administrator team leader, she decided to make the move from her team to being a part of the clinical team, a position which she thrived and excelled in.

It’s amazing the looks you get on people’s faces when you have made a difference. Salomi says that these looks of amazement give her the drive to carry on and go beyond what is expected of her.
She enjoys working for Discovery because it is a place that has given her the ability to give her children what she never had.

To her colleagues, Salomi is the quintessential "go-to” and "make a plan" kind of person, however, she says, when faced with a challenge there is no other way but to make a plan. She simply builds on what she has and makes sure that she thrives in her many roles both at Discovery and at home.
