Get daily guidance and on-demand support from a qualified nutrition coach, available on WhatsApp five days a week.

Real, regular progress
Stay on track for good with regular check-ins where you share updated weight and other measurements with your coach.

All Vitality members can access the Vitality HealthyWeight programme at an affordable rate:
- R800 a month for three months or
- R600 a month for six months.
Members with at-risk health results, for example if your last Vitality Health Check showed an out-of-range waist-adjusted BMI, will pay:
- R350 a month for three months or
- R250 a month for six.
Did you know? Your BMI (body mass index) is your weight (kg) divided by your height (m) squared. A healthy BMI is between 18 and 25.
A healthy waist-adjusted BMI is between 18.5 and 30 if your waist circumference is under 80 cm for women and under 94 cm for men.
Discovery uses the waist-adjusted BMI, which combines BMI with waist circumference, for a more accurate weight status.
