2024-05-18 : Unable to access Discovery Vitality due to scheduled maintenance
We will be performing scheduled maintenance from Saturday 18 May at 22:00 to Sunday 19 May at 07:00. During this time, members will not be able chat to any of our servicing agents on WhatsApp or through the Discovery App and website, access portions of the Discovery App and Website, or utilize some of their Vitality benefits. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

2024-05-16 : S-Health workouts not syncing
We are aware that some members' S-Health workouts are not pulling through to Vitality. We are working on having this resolved as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Claim points manually

If you claimed for your screening, assessment or vaccination from a medical scheme plan administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd, or if you completed it at a pharmacy in the Vitality Wellness Network, we will receive your results automatically and will award your points. If you are a Discovery Life only, Group Risk only, Libcare Medical Scheme member or you did not complete your assessment, screening or vaccination at a Vitality Wellness Network pharmacy, please submit your results here.
